Absolutely the best around!!!!!

After the inspection where he said the roof was old but relatively alright just missing shingles I had a roofer come and immediately he found that the roof also had wood shingles and several places were rotten. In the pictures he included of the roof there conveniently was not one of the section with the rot. Also I had a contractor come to fix a support he claimed was bad but they found that the supports were all fine. Also said the kitchen had a leak but failed to mention it was caused by the newer section of houses piping going down ill while the older section went uphill. Don’t trust anything they say because either they don’t car or they don’t look, and honestly I don’t know which is more dangerous. Defiantly regret paying these people. Update: I went into the attic to look for a leak he missed that the entire old roof was in there, with very obvious wood shingles.
