City Home was a great experience. Eddie was my inspector. The appointment started on time. Eddie did an excellent job documenting the inspection and taking the time to describe to me what was seen. As a first-time buyer, I was very pleased with the transparency in the process. The report was completed in a timely manner. Overall, I am very happy with the service. I have been a customer for many years, and I was again very satisfied with the service. They were on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. They did an inspection in August, and I was charged $106 extra this month. I just believe that you get what you pay for. Overall, a great job.

Ok I have to start buy saying that home inspection that Mr. Patel did was EXCELLENT job! I 100% recommend him! He was very helpful, he explained everything with detail, just an overall excellent experience! If you are wondering if you should or should not get a home inspector I highly recommend getting one even if it’s new construction or an older home! Mr. Patel also gave us a quick but excellent report he was very specific and had lot of pictures where he pointed out all the things that where incorrect! Just over all he was excellent and if your looking for a home inspector you can not go wrong with KeenEye Inspections !

I researched online and talked to multiple companies trying to get a inspector for my new home build until my realtor referred me to Mr. Patel.
