Very friendly, very thorough. Went well beyond other inspectors by showing me not only the issues with the home but the positives and negatives of just about every single feature of the house, yet he did it all very quickly and with great care. For example, I had no clue how to manually switch the house generator, and he took the time not only to explain how and where to do that, but also gave me recommendations on any upgrades I would want to do and why. He took a huge number of pictures and gave me a detailed report the next morning!

Joe was an absolute professional in every aspect for our inspection. Took his time to explain every little thing he was looking at and had an extremely detailed final inspection report. He was so professional, thorough, and patient with me when I asked him a million questions about things! I am a first time home buyer so I really did not have a lot of understanding about systems in a typical home. He really cares that you understand everything he inspects to make an informed decision.
