Good morning Brian Gardner came and inspected a patio home we were Selling his credentials were good when he arrived he was clean and look professional although through his inspection he obviously doesn’t know the codes and not knowing that he told the homeowner that I had improper gas line going into the furnace and that it needed to be changed this was not At all the code I would never recommend Brian Gardner in anyway shape or form he does not know the codes

We wanted a home inspection just to check if there were any major issues with our house. He walked though the house with us when he was finished and explained everything he found and told us some details that we were not aware of about our house. His final report was clear and he had great pictures of all areas where we need to have something fixed. Would definitely use his services again.
