This was my first time buying a home. In fact everything he found wrong with my house the owners repaired it prior to us buying Especially in areas such as the attic and crawl space under the house. He even talked to me and my wife about areas that needed repair and explained to us what the area should look like and why it needs repaired. Communication was excellent I highly recommend him.

Jeremy did a great job of explaining everything he found around the house in the report. He was very personable and open to answering questions I had. Definitely made the process more comfortable. I also received the report timely! Would recommend.
