I was very interested in purchasing a property and Mitch did an incredible job inspecting the property and informing me of any areas of concern, He was thorough and explained things very clearly. I used him a second time for another property inspection and again he was very thorough and I found his report to be complete, informative and what I would consider the gold standard for inspection reports. I would not only recommend him with the highest confidence, but I will also be using his services again if I am in need of a property inspection.

He was very thorough in his inspection and took time to explain everything. The written report we received the next day is excellent, both in layout and content. The explanations of general issues and highlights of safety concerns including pictures are very clear and most valuable to us.

We found Mitch via a pre-listing inspection on a property. May 11, 2021 1:34 pm

We loved how thorough and easy to interpret Mitch’s inspection report was (and his reviews everywhere were stellar). I reached out to Mitch via his website and got a response very quickly. At the inspection, Mitch explained what he was going to do ahead of time and how he was going to do it. He got right to work and we tagged along for a bit. We didn’t want to hover, so we didn’t follow him around everywhere. Mitch let us know at regular intervals how the inspection was going and if he’d found any concerns. At the end of the inspection he gave us a verbal rundown of concerning items that he’d found. The next day he sent over the completed report. It was exceptionally thorough and included pictures / videos. Overall Mitch was exceptional! We’d highly recommend him to anyone else.
