Clearview Home Inspection

Can confirm that all the positive reviews on Yelp (and Google) are true and I highly recommend Clearview. Yanir carried out a thorough inspection of our new home and then provided a very comprehensive overview of his findings. As many others have mentioned, we found his explanations straightforward and easy to understand which isn’t always a given when you have an inspection done.

Yanir is a pleasure to work with. He is a details oriented honest and highly ethical person. He did an inspection for me for a prospective investment property. Yanir came before the appointment time and started the inspection of the surrounding area an hour before. He really took his time in the house to look in every nook and closet. I will hire in the future for sure. I am even considering hiring him just to look at my current residents to make sure it’s up to the code and safe.

Contacted Clearview Home Inspectors and was connected directly to Yanir, who conducted my inspection. I lucked out in securing an inspection early the next morning. Yanir was prompt at the inspection and had already done the initial exterior inspection of the complex of my condo unit as I arrived a few minutes late.

From being extremely accommodating to a last minute request to a walkthrough of the property together to ensure we understood everything in the report, Yanir was absolutely wonderful. His extremely thorough review also saved us thousands of dollars and ensured that our home was move-in ready when we closed. We cannot recommend Clearview enough!

This was our first home purchase and Yanir Pesok did our inspection. There were many issues with his report! The first issue he failed to see that there was wood used to build the fire place. This was a major fire hazard and almost resulted in burning down the house. (it was actually on fire!) Luckily we had another inspector look at the fire place and he found that it was not in usable condition! This should have been picked up on the inspection report!! Upon further inspection we found that the fireplace has many issues and now cannot be used until repaired. Yanir failed to see this and as a result has not cooperated in helping with the repairs to our house. We are in the process of legal action with Clearview Home Inspection and do NOT recommend them to anyone!! STAY CLEAR if you want to be safe and have a good report!!
