Clever Inspections

Clever inspections was great from start to finish. Setting up an appointment was really easy – the company is incredibly responsive. The inspector showed up early and ready to work. He checked every possible crevice of the house, made sure to point out anything of note while on site with us, and documented everything for the report. The inspection report was sent the next more and is really easy to read. Overall using this company was great, I feel much more confident going into the purchase of my new home.

Recently had Andrew perform an inspection on a condo we were considering in Downtown Jersey City and can’t recommend him enough. He was able to schedule an inspection at short notice, arrived on time and got straight to work. He knows his stuff and is genuinely curious and interested in homes, which is much more valuable than having someone just check a checklist. He investigated things we would never have dreamed of looking for, took detailed notes and pictures and compiled a professional and invaluable report that gave us the knowledge we needed to make an informed decision. Since the inspection I also reached out for recommendations for other services we required and he was very helpful and responsive. Great guy, which makes all the difference!

Andrew is awesome! I cannot recommend him enough. As a first time home buyer, I had endless questions and he answered each and every single one of them with so much patience and professionalism. He was communicative and super responsive throughout the whole process and just so humble and pleasant to work with. I was really nervous about the process, I actually hired two inspectors but on hindsight, Andrew was more than enough. I would use him again if I ever have a chance to buy another place. Look no more — just work with Andrew!!!
