I had an incredible experience with Premium Inspection Services. Scott was above-and-beyond thorough for our home inspection. He was extremely respectful that we wanted to shadow the inspection – and he was so informative. He was teaching us the entire time we were there. Our home is older, so there was a lot to find but it is very clear that he is very experienced and knowledgeable of a wide range of things. Very organized, very professional, and it’s clear they value educating their clients.

I have been doing business a lot with Scott and I put my trust in him. He always looks thoroughly into very single detail. And I have learned a lot from him. I recently was purchasing a house that appeared to be in a good condition, however, I could never ever think about what was underneath what I could see. Scott identified a lot of issues (200+ pictures for 83 problems) with the house, including wrong wiring connection, mold in crawl space and attic, and so forth, which saved my 15k+ money. In peak months, his schedule is usually packed, but he can always find time to send the report back to me in good quality within 2 days. The report is categorized well in different sections (roof, bathroom, electrical, …) and issue significance. For sure he is so sought after for a reason.
