Blake was an incredibly thorough inspector and very good at communicating with me. He is also such a nice man! I am relocating from out of state so he really took the time to make sure I was comfortable with purchasing our new home. Blake completed 2 inspections for me. I also love how easy to read and visual the report is. It easily highlighted what needed to be addressed. I would highly recommend Blake to anyone needing to get a home inspection done. He made the process easy for me in a stressful time.

John Kiley was an excellent home inspector! He was prompt with all communication including being incredibly flexible on moving the date on short notice. John was thorough in his walk through, but also was very realistic and helpful on anything he thought required a solution. He gave us a ton of tips and tricks for maintaining our home, and made the whole process stress free and simple! His written report at the end was easy to read, including visual examples, and is something we can use with our contractors. Would absolutely recommend them moving forward!

John Kiley from Coastal Boston Property Inspections performed a home inspection for a condo I’m purchasing. He was super responsive and a delight to work with. As a first time home buyer, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but John walked me through the process, highlighted all of his findings to make sure I understood the risks and told me what to expect in his report. 10/10 recommend!
