Before listing my home a few years ago, I decided to get a Per-Inspection done on my home.I am so glad i did. He found a few things that needed addressing. I took Steve’s advice & had them fixed before listing my home. I am so glad i did. In doing so I was able to sell my home at the price i wanted. He has a ton of experience in the field. He is also very honest with the buyer & knows how to work well with all parties involved in the Real Estate transaction. The reports are very easy for the buyer to understand & he is always available to answer any questions at anytime, before or after the inspection. He is great to work with & I highly recommend him.
