For more than a decade, now almost two decades, our home inspectors have provided honest, objective, and thorough inspection reports. From the first contact with us through the inspection delivery and explanation of your report, you will experience the ultimate in professionalism.

While Brandon, Madison and Jackson Mississippi is our home base we also provide home inspections for Pearl, Flowood, Byram, Clinton, and Central Mississippi. Quite often we travel out of town and inspect homes throughout Mississippi.

Along with home inspection we also conduct Commercial Inspections throughout the Southeastern United States including but not limited to Louisiana, Arkansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida. Both ASTM and non-ASTM inspections are conducted along. Charlie’s background in Industrial Accounting assists in the reserve studies.

I can`t believe how thorough and professional these guys were. After 3 hours of painstakingly reviewing the house, they presented us with a printed binder (complete with color photos that they had taken minutes before) and went through each line item in detail. These guys are extremely knowledgeable, well-connected and very personable. I can`t say enough good things about our experience!

My roommates and I decided to get our own place to rent instead of living on the campus. There was an offer that the rent was really cheap for a beautiful and big house. Our teacher suggested hiring a home inspection expert to find out the bottom behind this. What a surprise to find out the there were lots of things that had to be repaired. Getting help from a professional is really awesome. And that is what you are.

Look no further if you want an inspection done since these guys are professional, fairly priced and do a great job. I call to them about an inspection done for my second house that I want to sell. They are great people who you will enjoy working with!
