We at Cole’s Inspections are seasoned, veteran inspectors with years of residential construction and remodeling expertise. A family-owned business, we specialize in residential and light commercial properties. We are members of NACHI (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and have had inspection training with the Housing Inspection Foundation. We cover southern California and are familiar with building codes and issues unique to homes and commercial sites in our part of the state. Additionally, we inspect pools and spas for an additional fee.

He was on time and also worked with our schedule with no problem. He was not only detailed on what the sellers needed to address and fix he also had an entire 30 page report to us by the evening of date of inspection with every detailed he explained to us ( the buyers). He was transparent with both parties not omitting any information. I would hands down recommend Richard Cole. And also! His rates are by far the best in the area.
The home inspection paid for itself in the first day. One sink overflow was plugged and an overflowing sink would have cost $$$.
Richard inspected our future and gave us a detailed report. We were very pleased with his work 🙂 and he was pleasant to talk to
