I hired Antony to inspect my home, I wanted someone who was going to be very detailed, as I was buying an older home and wanted to make sure I was making the right decision. Anthony arrived before me to start the inspection on the outside of the house. He was very helpful and informative. He was extremely thorough and went through everything with a fine tooth comb. He walked around the exterior and all around the roof, climbed into all crawl spaces and the attic, and tested everything. His report was extremely thorough, complete with pictures, and was e-mailed to me that evening. He pointed out problems that need to be fixed, suggestions on how to improve things, and every potential safety hazard. I was extremely impressed by his knowledge and would hire him again in a heartbeat.

By far the best! Anthony was on time, extremely thorough and patient with me on answering any and all questions I was unsure about. I had my report within 2 days and he even followed up to go over the inspection and concerns.

I cannot say enough good things about Colorado Comfort Home Inspections. Anthony showed up early, explained everything with clarity and preciseness, and was able to answer all of our questions. The report was easy to read with many pictures and labels to support our understanding. He gave us a homeowners guide which includes explanations of terminology and suggestions on upkeep. If you are considering getting a sewer scope with this company as well, DO IT!! The professional who completed the scope was just as knowledgeable as Anthony. He showed us a video and explained the report in full. They made it super simple to view the full report (and video of sewer scope) online and even followed up the next day. We truly felt taken care of and advocated for during this process.
