I would like to inform Everyone that one of the inspectors that works for this company came to my house and as he was inspecting my house he kicked my dog. My dog is super friendly and trained which he might have came up to him and showed him love but obviously this guy was bother and kicked my dog hard enough to make him whimper. Luckily my husband and I weren’t there or we would of kicked him out of my house right away and my sister didn’t take any action. I just think that is very unprofessional to come on to someone else property and abuse of there animals.

If you are a first time home buyer, investor or buying your second home do NOT hesitate to use Colorado Inspect. They are very professional, friendly, educated, straightforward and honest, but not alarmist. They will always take the time to answer any question you might have as well to go over the report at the end of the inspection to explain the issues in simple, everyday terms for you to understand exactly what is going on. You will be really satisfy with their services. Bottom line the BEST inspectors in town!

In the report I was given, there are at least a half dozen instances where the inspector was completely wrong on things he listed in his report. Including, stating that there is carpet in my basement, my completely unfinished basement AND that my garage door is made of aluminium when it is clearly a wood door. I would not recommend this company to inspect anything.

Great experience with this company, in the process of purchasing our first home and Rafael our inspector walked us through the process and answered every question we had. He went above and beyond to make sure our future home is 100% safe and move in ready!
