Nick was the most comprehensive inspector I have used.! He noted all details and provided an appropriate level of response needed. DIY all the way to get a specialist for repairs identified on the report. Attention to detail , report within 8 hours of inspection.

He took the time to answer any question I had and further explain the steps in order to correct the problem. He is extremely detailed in his inspections. Many things that would be easily glanced over does not escape his eye.
