Common View Home Inspections is a Veteran owned and family operated company located in the Summerville area. We will perform quality Home Inspections in the Beaufort, Berkeley, Charleston, Colleton, and Dorchester counties.
Our goal is to provide all of our customers with a through education about the property in which they are considering investing. We like to ensure that our customers get a great inspection for a great price, and that they are 100% satisfied with the results. In order to do this, we hope that you will accompany us throughout the inspection. We will examine the exterior and interior of the home to check for possible moisture intrusion, deteriorated materials, delayed maintenance and any possibly unsafe condition.

When the seller did not allow access to a few necessary items, Doug was very accommodating in returning to check them. Recommend highly.
We were scheduled quickly and he did a great job with our inspection. He was very thorough and gave us a detailed report, before the end of the day. He also responded in a timely manner to emails that I sent. Very pleased!!
