This is a new construction and ready to close in a week. He found 33 items many needed correction and many were under the house (crawl space) some on the roof and some in the attic. Items that would have been missed on are final home owner inspection for sure will now be addressed with the builder. Will worth the money and I’m grateful I chose Mike to do the job for us.
