Comprehensive Property Inspectors
A comprehensive property inspection is a systematic check of a house. The structure, foundation, roof, heating/cooling system, electrical, plumbing, and appliances are inspected according to industry standards and guidelines. (See the contract for inspection specifics.) This systematic procedure was developed to minimize the human factor, which could cause an inspector to overlook or miss something. No inspector can guarantee that he won’t miss something or incorrectly identify a defect, but Comprehensive Property Inspections has used this procedure for 35 years with an overall customer satisfaction rating of 99.3 percent
My experience with this company is really bad. All the time he stood in kitchen with agent and after 4 days send us report with everything is fine in house. And we bought that house living in it and crying everyday. Everything is problematic. Especially basement. Don’t use their service.
Because there is no zero stars. Focused on what end up being least my concerns. Didnt give even remotely close to what actually issues were. Crying daily because of issues. Never responded to follow email or repairs and refused(even offered additional compensation) to return to look over issues. This guy does not need to be doing home inspections.
