I grew up in the Flathead Valley. After graduating from Flathead High, I attended college in the Seattle area where I met my wife. In 2018 we returned to the Valley to raise our kids.

As a home inspector, my goal is to give you an absolutely unbiased inspection. When a client is searching for the right house, they are looking at the character and layout of the home and how it will fit their lifestyle. As an inspector, I come in to see the functionality of the systems of the home, its construction, and its flaws. Whether I’ve been hired by the buyer or seller, my job is the same – to paint an accurate picture of the home.

Very professional while still having a sense of humor, our inspection was done ahead of schedule and the report was clear and thorough. High resolution pictures with clear explanations and recommendations throughout the report. Excellent communication, quick response, and professional service. Highly recommended.

I had a home inspected remotely and relied on Kelly Conklin to give a critical review of the home since I did not see it in person myself. I was provided an extremely detailed 100+ page report of the home with plenty of pictures and a follow-up radon measurement report. The report is easy to follow and organized neatly. There were no surprises when we arrived to the new home. Kelly did an excellent job of identifying and documenting areas of concern and I don’t feel as though anything was missed. I would definitely go back to Kelly Conklin for future home inspection needs.

Kelly was absolutely marvelous. We used him to inspect a home we purchased in Whitefish Montana. He took time before the inspection to talk with me and understand our needs and concerns. He return calls promptly and with excellent customer service. The inspection report was incredibly detailed about all aspects of our home. Many pictures were included and the write ups were clear yet concise. Kelly took time to talk to me after the inspection so that I understood his main concerns and how best to address them.It was a very positive experience for me and my wife. I feel very confident in recommending Conklin home inspections to any potential client. 10 out of 10!
