Rob home inspectors is…simply amazing! The attention to detail is something that is lost on with so many inspectors these days and unfortunately will cost you exponentially more if they miss things that could later lead up to much larger problems.Take for example Rob discovered that one of the drains near the driveway was actually seeping underneath the concrete just in front of the garage.

Rob Conley team did an excellent job performing the home inspections for us! We will certainly recommend everyone we know to his company because we could not find a nicer and more knowledgeable inspection service than his. During the inspection, Rob pointed issues out to us and afterwards the report he provided was exceptionally detailed with items to monitor as well as explanations on the repairs needed to be made.

We hired Rob based on our realtor’s recommendation and were extremely pleased with the thoroughness of his work. Rob is very knowledgeable and spent significant time educating us about the house during the inspection. He had two other inspectors working under him that impressed us as well. My husband is an engineer, and he knows about home issues and he was very happy with the answers Rob gave him to his many questions.

This company truly deserves all the accolades. Mr. Conley and crew were available to inspect a home we are buying at very short notice. His crew was extremely thorough and found/documented areas of the home that were of concern for us as first time buyers that I think many novice inspectors would have missed. He is truly a master inspector and has the certification to prove it. Mr. Conley is very experienced at doing home inspections and if you choose his company you will have peace of mind in knowing that it will be inspected properly. We cannot thank him enough for being able to work us into his schedule at the last minute, and he also has very fair competitive pricing. I would give this company more than five stars if I could. He goes over the inspection at the end to show you the major problem areas before sending out the full report.

Very through, goes the extra mile. Explains the issues clearly, I learned a lot. The home inspection is inherent my a critical process. It’s good to know up front,but some times the home is good enough.

Rob and his crew were excellent. There were 3 men in total, and each performed a different inspection task. They were all thorough, friendly, and informative. A lot of uncertainty and anxiety comes with buying your first home, but the inspection brought so much peace of mind to my husband and I. We were so impressed by their customer support (even after the inspection was done!) in that they noticed every little thing, and went above and beyond to answer every question we had. I 10/10 highly recommend!
