The report was otherwise easy to read and the person who performed the inspection was extremely nice and went over everything at the end.A few things were overlooked during the inspection which is the only reason for the 4 stars.

I would give this company a 6 if I could, absolutely worth it. We used Cornerstone for 2 homes we placed offers on, with one being rescinded due to the results of one of the inspections. Both inspections were 3 hours long, extremely thorough, and the inspector walked us through everything he felt was something we should be aware of/address and how to address it. We were first time home buyers and lacking the knowledge of what things we needed to look for when deciding to purchase a home, so having someone who took the extra time to walk us through his process and share his results with us as he went along was beyond educational and helpful. I highly recommend Eric, who would be on time/earlier and waiting for the inspection appointment, and was easy to reach with any questions.

Highly recommend!! We are purchasing a 2-unit multi family and had a great experience using cornerstone inspectors! We had Jack as an inspector and he was very professional, kind, and incredibly throughout. We are experienced multi family investors, and Jack used many tools including multi moisture measuring tools thought the process. He was more detailed than any inspector we have ever used before. We are very pleased with our experience and will be using him again!
