Cornerstone Home Inspectors

Cornerstone inspection of our home was truly an amazing experience for us; our very first time home buying. Ben, our inspector, was very helpful and easy to talk with about any questions we had. He explained in detail what he was doing, any problems and how to get them repaired. Thanks also to Judy for all the assistance we needed.

A very professional, friendly and courteous staff who know what they’re doing! Not only are they very thorough, but they are happy to talk with their client to explain any issues or discuss additional concerns. These inspectors are the kind you hope for as a buyer because they will make sure you know exactly what to expect. Military friendly!

Ben was fantastic! He sent the report on the same day that the inspection took place. He took the time to go over the report with me over the phone as well! “Mom” in the office, Judy was very friendly and got me on the schedule quickly. Would highly recommend Cornerstone!

Cornerstone Home Inspectors are the only home inspection service I will use in the Dothan area. I’ve bought a number of homes in the past and after owning the each property for a few weeks have always found a number of things the inspector missed. Since I’ve been using Cornerstone Home Inspectors, that has not been the case. They have now inspected 5 homes for me and I have no complaints. There have been so ‘surprises’ that should have been revealed by the home inspection. I have been able to use the detailed reports as a list of items to be fixed. The report great for working with tradesmen thanks to thorough photographs and comprehensive descriptions. If the new owner is available at the end of the inspection, Ben takes time to talk the new owner through each item he has found and patiently answer any questions.

I have had this gentleman do a few home inspection on some properties of interest, and he has saved me on countless deals. It is the most detailed, thorough, and professional inspection I have experienced and I learn so much after each one. He takes the time to explain what to look for myself and small details I would never have known otherwise. If you are in the AL area, this is the guy you want inspecting your home prior to a purchase!
