Adam did our inspection on the home we just purchased in Moretown. April 12, 2021 9:45 am

As first time homebuyers, we didn’t know what to expect. He was incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain everything he was doing and making sure to answer any question we had. He was very thorough and left us feeling completely confident that we understood how our new home worked, and what to prioritize in our repairs. I would work with him again in a heartbeat and very highly recommend his services!

Not only was he easy to schedule an appointment with but he truly went above and beyond during and after the inspection. He was so informative and took the time to explain everything during the inspection. The report came in incredibly detailed and sooner then expected as well. Would recommend to ANYONE purchasing a home in VT. Thanks again Adam!

We recently used Adam Cotton of Cottonwood for a home that was built in the 1950’s and then had a major renovation in 2015. These types of renovations if not completed properly can mask major issue. Adam did an outstanding job reviewing the property, and his experience as a builder and carpenter allowed him to not only discuss issues but potential remediations. Adam also used 21st century tools to help review difficult to inspect areas. Including a drone to review hard reach areas on the roof and had thermal cameras to check for moisture and lack of and /or insufficient insulation. My only other experience with a home inspector in VT was few years back and I felt Adam did a superior job focusing on high value potential issues.
