Covered Bridge Professional Home Inspections LLC

Last week “Chicky” helped us with a home inspection of a 100+ year-old house. It’s been twenty years since we’ve had a home inspection, and this was much more thorough and professional than we expected. Starting in the kitchen, he goes through every appliance, outlet, nook and cranny. He took tons of photos including detailed rooftop photos, and he crawled further under decks and into the attic than I would have expected. I shadowed him for 3+ hours, and it was enjoyable hearing his thoughts, ideas and questions as we went through the house.

Throughout our house buying experience, we used Covered Bridge Professional Home Inspections in two houses. Steve brought us through every nook and cranny in each house. His thoroughness and attention to detail is astounding. During the process he was extremely patient answering our many questions and helped us understand.

AJ did a great job and was very thorough and detailed walking me through everything. The report that came back took awhile but they were very up front about the turnaround time (48 hours or so). The report is super detailed and includes pictures and tips for the repairs!

The inspector was punctual, courteous, and extremely thorough. His detailed report was a key part of the negotiation process of the sale price. The findings within the report were easy to follow both in content of the finding and severity of things to look out for. The inspector was also quick to answer follow up questions from the report. I would not hesitate to use Covered Bridge Inspections again and fully recommend their services.

He was so thorough and patient with me as a first-time home buyer, not to mention incredibly friendly.
