Hans and Laura were fantastic to work with. The whole inspection was very thorough and steam lined. We walked the whole property with them as they explained what they were looking for and we could ask questions as we pleased. They really opened our eyes to what was really going on with the property. They are both very knowledgeable and not trying to pull a shade over yours eyes. They are looking out for your best interest. As a service technician I have been in the field and know a fair amount about carpentry, plumbing, heating, electrical and so on, but they really know their stuff. I highly recommend them and they will be the only home inspectors I will ever use.

As first time home buyers, Hans was patient throughout the process and was willing to answer all of our questions over a 3 + hour home inspection. The report he gave us early the next morning, after inspecting the home starting at 2pm the day before, covered in detail with both text and pictures, everything we went over the previous day.
