My realtor recommended Ben for inspection of the home I recently purchased and he was wonderful. He was available around my schedule, extremely thorough, took the time to explain things to me on site at the inspection and was promptly available for follow-up questions later in the process. Since I purchased the house I’ve had multiple trade professionals in the house doing upgrades and all have agreed with Ben’s reports of what needs and doesn’t need repair.

I have nothing but great things to say about Ben. He’s one of the most friendliest and professional people I’ve worked with. His knowledge and inspection was in depth, and he took as much time as needed to explain what he was doing, and the level of importance certain areas of the home needed care for. His inspection report was very detailed and made me feel at ease with my new home purchase. Highly recommended!!!
