He took the time to show me where and how to fix things, addressed my concerns, and provided a very detailed report. Everything was left the way it was found and I could not have asked for a better experience! Additionally, the termite inspection professional, Steve, was fantastic and very knowledgeable about his job. Highly recommend.

They do a very thorough job and are always willing to walk around and show you exactly what they’re talking about in the report if you have questions, and are great at explaining how things work and exactly what needs to be corrected. They also take a TON of pictures with their notes in case you need to review something later. Wonderful!

Kevin was highly thorough throughout the process, noting important areas for our family to consider prior to finalizing our purchase. Moving from overseas, we had to reacquaint ourselves with the U.S. Home Inspection process. Kevin allotted the extra time to walk us though all the details. The Crown Team and Kevin, also made themselves available for follow up questions post inspection. In all we felt Crown caught important, but minor areas that may have been overlooked by other companies. Thanks to Crown, these were able to be negotiated, covered by the Sellers, and we can rest easy at night knowing our home was in very good condition on all fronts. We highly recommend Crown, and encourage everyone to use their full suite of inspections services ( sewer, radon, termite, infrared, sprinkler).
