I’m so happy to have had my new home inspection performed by C&S Home Inspections. John arrived on time, and his inspection was thorough and informative, as he shared insights related to general condition of home and of ongoing maintenance requirements. One required repair was requested of and provided by seller. John made sure other repair/maintenance actions were easy enough to understand and implement.
John always does a very thorough job when inspecting homes. His sensible approach gives homeowners a great triage system so they can plan and budget appropriately for needed repairs.
John performed inspections on two homes for me, and each time, he was extremely thorough and educated me in detail about his findings. I am very thankful my realtor recommended him, as I can’t imagine anyone more professional or easy to work with!
