Then they gave us the run around for a few weeks. The warranty is worthless as they will offer you a tiny amount, not even the cost of the inspection, to fix an oversight that costs thousands of dollars to repair. And they want you to sign away your right to write an honest review or make formal complaint. Now you know why there are only good reviews to be found.

We had a great experience with CSI! We are first time home buyers and they delivered an excellent service and really helped us out. First: we tried to book online, and weren’t able to select a date until a few months out. We went on the site about 6pm (after business hours) so we decided not to book online and would just call them the next day to see if we could book an earlier appointment, so we exited the page. My fiancé received a call from the front desk at about 6:30, the woman he spoke with said “we saw you were on the site but didn’t book and wanted to see if we could help”. She got us booked for the next weekend! Really excellent customer service, we were very impressed.
