CTR Home Inspection is extremely knowledge, friendly, thorough, prompt, and professional. Any issues with the home inspection are explained to you right on the spot! The final report on my inspections did not miss a detail, the level of depth, facts, and photos in the report not only impressed me but impressed my realtor as well! I have referred their services to friends and family who have used them and have been very pleased and I will be using CTR Home Inspections again in the future.
The CTR team was able go into detail about any concerns I was going to have with this new home. Their breakdowns of what issues we could have both currently and in the future was both in depth and extremly helpful.
Not recommended. Ignored a vital piece of information during my home inspection that cost me a lot. Failed to recognize that the water boiler of the property I planned on buying was not functioning. Avoid at all cost.
