He responded to phone calls/emails quickly. Bill managed to speed up our well water test results so that we could meet some tight deadlines. His inspections were thorough and exact. Most importantly of all, Bill took the time to help to help us (first time buyers) understand the process, and what would need fixing. I cannot say enough good things about Bill and his business. Highly recommend.

He made us feel comfortable with the property and gave an in-depth report to help us aide in our decision of buying the property. He was friendly and very likable. He came prepared and was able to guide us through what was needed to fix problems with the house. We also liked supporting our veterans in his business. His pricing was also reasonable. I would highly recommend Bill and his services. Thank you Bill.

I would Highly recommend Bill. To the point on Inspection get every detail of the home or which ever Inspection your having done. Very thorough and if you see something or questions Bill will explain in detail. And if use Bill again you might get a discount. I have use Bill on several homes and I will use Bill Cummins again very good and again I Highly recommend definitely.
