D Lucas Home Inspection

Hired D Lucas home inspection for property that I am selling. One of the best decisions I have made !! I have hire inspectors in the past which were good however; his experience is what I needed and lacked with other inspectors. A realtor friend highly recommended him. This gentleman was professional ,non alarming and checked everything he made it very clear on all points of discovery on what he found and could not see. I would absolutely hire for any purchase i make in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone purchasing or selling a home

My wife and I had the pleasure to work with Mr. Lucas when purchasing our new home. In my life I have had a few homes inspected. I have to say that Mr. Lucas provided me with the most detailed report that I have ever seen. He responded with in days of being contacted and said he would arranged to meet the realtor at the home. When I told my realtor who would be contacting him, my realtor knew Mr. Lucas and was pleased that it was him we contracted. What I liked best, was Mr. Lucas also provided me with information on things that were not deal breakers, but a few things we should look at either upgrading or fixing. He truly went above and beyond. I would confidently recommend him to friends and family.
