The schedule availability below will list our appointment times. The schedule is fluid and we adjust according to our clients needs, so please reach out for any change requests or special times.
Homes over 2000 square feet require a morning appointment and we only perform one home inspection per day when we have a home over 2000 square feet.
Pricing is based on total square footage of the home, or the sum of all levels. The age of the home will come into play on homes over 50 years of age.

Ryan took the time to thoroughly review the home with us, answered any questions we had, and was both personable and professional. I know both the buyers (us) and the sellers appreciated his thoroughness and thoughtfulness.Would definitely recommend!

I called Ryan to have a house that I wanted to buy inspected to make sure everything was in working order and good shape. He went above and beyond on every detail and puts so much time and effort in his work. He sends you a full detail of his findings with pictures and videos. If it wasn’t for him I would be buying a home that would of needed a LOT of work. I can’t thank him enough for all his work. I HIGHLY recommend using Ryan for any house inspection that you need! He treats your future investment like it was his own home. I will be calling him again when I find the right home to buy.

Absolutely best home inspector I’ve ever come across! I’m keeping his # and I will not call anyone else to do my inspections! I’m not kidding when I say this guy is good, he takes his time and does a thorough job. Very affordable compared to what I’ve paid in the past. Worth every penny, Thank you Ryan ~
