Darrell’s Home Inspections was established in 2003 after 12 years of home repair experience with investment properties. Assisting property buyers in the Dayton area became our mission. We always put the interests of our clients first. We do not have any “special” relationships with real estate agents. We encourage our clients to make an appearance at the home inspection so they leave armed with the “Whole House Story” to proceed with the home buying transaction. We utilize continuing education provided by the largest inspector certification network in the world, interNACHI.

He explained everything to us clearly. There were some minor issues with the home we had inspected. Darrell gave us a very detailed report with several options on ways to fix each issue. I would suggest him to anyone buying a home.

I recently inherited a home,Darrell went through my home informing me as he went, about all he was finding, then apon completion he sat down with me and we went over the report together. Darrell also offered me some references for a few repairs I’ll be getting done, going in to this home blind was a bit daunting, but thanks to Darrell I’m confident in moving forward and would highly recommend him.

You are not bound to sign any contract with an inspector and if they ask, find a different inspector. August 17, 2020 12:04 pm

I would like to share an experience My family had with Darrell Home Inspection. He told us (we are buyers) that he would start the inspection at 10:30 we showed up promptly and he was already finished (we wanted to be at the home inspection that we paid $400 for). The homeowner (working from home due to COVID-19) said the inspector hardly did anything. We asked for our money back, inspector declined and said we signed an “INSPECTION CONTRACT.” BE VERY CAUTIOUS….VERY CAUTIOUS & NEVER SIGN AN INSPECTION CONTRACT WITH ANY INSPECTOR.
