DBC Home Inspections

Dickie completed a very detailed inspection of the property I was buying and alerted me to all the items I should keep an eye on and what to watch out for in the future. After his inspection I felt confident in moving forward with the house knowing exactly what ib as getting into. Definitely would recommend working with Dickie for home inspections,

Dickie missed a few expensive issues on our home inspection. If I had known I would’ve asked the seller’s to fix the problems or asked for more money back at closing to cover the costs ($5000). Dickie only said he would refund the cost of the home inspection, which was $800. I wouldn’t recommend this company, because they don’t seem to care when they make a mistake that can severely impact their clients. They don’t stand by their work.

Great home inspection. This is the 4th house we’ve purchased and by far the best home inspection. Prompt responses to emails, extremely thorough (but not alarmist) inspection report, and a very quick turnaround to see the report. Dickie even offered to chat with me on the phone after the inspection for additional insights. The 3D pictures of every room in the house is a feature that I’ve never seen before but found invaluable.
