I had a home inspected yesterday and Brian inspected it. He was amazing! He took the time to explain everything to me and for someone like me, I need things dumbed down. He was super professional and on time. He spent extra time on showing me what exactly the problem areas were. He gave me his honest opinion and that meant the world to myself and my family. I HIGHLY recommend his company, especially if you are looking for someone who genuinely cares about his client. I will definitely be rebooking him again, once I find the perfect home! He was great – really thorough and patient, talked us through everything he saw, and turned around his report very quickly. He also managed scheduling the oil tank sweep and did the sewer line scope himself, which made things easy for us. Brian is honest about what he sees in his inspection and we’d definitely work with him again.
