Ohio has recently passed a law requiring licensing for home inspectors. Arthur has completed the required training, passed the National Home Inspector Exam (NHIE) and have received an Ohio Home Inspector License (License #OHI.2019004079). Arthur is also an ASHI Inspector and completes at least 20 hours of continuing education each year. As a result, he stays up-to-date on new tech, processes, and home construction techniques.

Art was wonderful to work with. He answered all of our questions and nothing felt rushed. He made us feel comfortable asking and was transparent with what he was able to do legally. The only thing was that a termite inspection costs more and I felt like it should have been included since all damage mentioned was visible and because of legal issues he couldn’t look in places that may have had more damage (I do say this not knowing all he had to do before we got there). Overall great inspection that allowed us to lower the price of the house we were buying.
