I have used Bob’s services for more than 4 years. He is knowledgeable, sincere, and detail oriented. He’ll go above and beyond to execute a great inspection. He uses his drone like no other can and he is very passionate about his job!

The inspector gave this small condo a through inspection although it was just a one bedroom unit. The noted ages of all equipment and found they had erratic maintenance. We did get a home warranty to cover unexpected costs of replacement or repair which the buyer did not expect. As an agent I see lots of inspectors that are not knowledgeable in all areas but in the over 40 years of sales in the area this is one of the better inspectors

Bob at Deerfield Home Inspections did a fantastic job with the inspection of our recently purchased home. He was thorough during the inspection, knowledgable on various aspects of the home’s components, and professional in carrying out the inspection. As various issues came up, he walked me through the reason for the issue, possible causes of the issue, various solutions to it, and how big of an issue it actually was. Because of his detailed and professional work, I was extremely confident in purchasing the home. I would highly recommend Bob and Deerfield Home Inspections for your home inspection. Like Share
