Upon completion of the inspection, he uploaded all of his pictures and entered all of his findings on his laptop while still on-site. They appeared to have a very good program they utilized for entering data that ensured they covered all areas required by NC standards. James completed the report and e-mailed it to me later that day and the report was quite thorough and well detailed. Their work product was extremely professional and James’ great attitude and depth of knowledge were very assuring to this home buyer.

We had a great experience with Dante, the inspector for an 11th month inspection for a new build. We used a different inspector for a different set of eyes at end of 1 yr. Company and inspector were flexible in scheduling including returning to review an attic space when there was a stuck door which prevented access. Additionally, inspector found many items that were not found in the initial inspection (from different company) that we were able to add to the list. Finally, their online report is fantastic and easy to use to populate a list with photos, inspector comments, and owner comments for us to share with our builder/warranty team.
