I established Diamond State Home Inspections, LLC in 2014 to be able to provide a thorough home inspection using the industries top trained inspectors and using updated equipment. Since that time we have provided over 2500 residential and commercial inspections in Northwest Arkansas and West Michigan.
Different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods and pricing.

We wanted an inspector who was fair and honest but also detailed. We got all of that and more. Egbert has great attention to detail, is organized and very knowledgeable. He was never hurried and took his time to make sure we understood what he said. His report was very detailed, including photos and simple language.
Excellent inspection services. He was happy to answer all questions and stayed way past the 3-hour mark to discuss his findings. He took my call on a friday to discuss a problem right before closing our deal.
Home inspector is always professional and detailed. He takes the time to inspect the property thoroughly. We used him this past month to examine a potential second rental, and he also did it a couple of years ago. We then had him inspect our property to check on the health of our home. It worked three times, and I’d recommend him to anyone.
Kai was super professional about the whole thing. He got a few things that I surely would've missed by myself and I couldn't be any more happier with him. He was very patient in explaining the report to me and very thorough with the inspection as well.
