he was detailed, but for radon test, he did not warn us that he had to pick up the radon package himself, he said now it’s too many daysso he has to redo the radon test and that will be another couple hundred dollars. I wish we had known that before.

John went over and above, and as we walked around the house, explainsd everything in detail, that was going to be in the written report. He was also available after the report was provided, to answer further questions O had.
