Ed inspected 2 homes for me, and the last one I did purchase. He even agreed to return later to complete the radon inspection because funds were so tight. He was obviously able to spot the things I could not and he was all-around pleasant and knowledgeable, is up-to-date in regards to technology, and was flexible to work with around my crazy schedule. This man, Ed inspected the roof of the house I was buying from the ground!! I told him there was dampness in the 3 Rd floor bathroom. He didn’t even check. How do you inspect a roof from below the roof and give a Professional answer. Bottom line, I need a new roof. Very reputable company came out and told me the roof is 💯 buckled and leaking and it is not new. My roof is 15-20 years old. This man, Ed said it was 5 years old! Inspected the roof from the ground

What can I say that can make you know that you should contact Ed Gibson to help you with your inspection! As a first time home buyer and doing this solo I was very worried-did I know the right questions…would I miss things. But then I met Ed. He has the patience of a Saint and even answered all the particular questions posed by my friend who was very leery of inspectors based on a bad experience. He also looks at things from a different perspective based on his experience and just the fact that he is soooooo freaking observant. Not to mention his kindness and sense of fun. Stop looking. Ed Gibson is your guy.

Ed is a great home inspector. He is thorough, patient, and goes above and beyond to make sure the home buyer fully understands the property they are buying. I would highly recommend him.

Ed took what could have been a bad situation and turned it into a wonderful experience. He was so pleasant to work with. I especially appreciate how he explained to us what he was doing and seeing throughout the inspection. I was impressed by how fast he got us our report afterwards as well.
