Do not expect them to go out of there way to help in your inspection. It appears they do not care about repeat customers. In addition they offer services that they do not actually want to perform. I would say they bate you with all these services then switch up after you have committed. Find another inspection company, your inspection is too important to trust in these guys

This is a very small family owned business and the owner Bill shows extreme integrity, reliability, and shows due diligence to everything he is involved in the process. Bill is so so extremely thorough, he is a rare gem where every single penny you pay him goes towards super careful, diligent and razor precision work and above! He lists EVERYTHING small and big and comes up with a list of things that need attention now! He crawls in tight spaces, goes to every nook of attics, basements, etc. Unlike other inspectors who just check off boxes, Bill spends every minute finding problems that could potentially be safety hazard and things that need attention right away. He categorizes everything and sends you a very very detailed, highly organized and superb quality report by the end of the inspection!
