David and Tim did an amazing job with the pre-inspection of a new home.
They were both very thorough, answered all questions I had, and took time to explain their findings. After the inspection, they reviewed the photos with me before leaving. From roof, to siding, crawl space to attic, they checked everything. It was very comforting to hear their knowledge on the inspection, and I have full confidence in their professionalism.
I have used this company twice.
Both times everyone was exceptionally polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Dane was great to explain everything as we went through the inspection. He inspected from the roof to the crawl space and everything in between. He was informative of what was needed to ready my house for sale. Now I know what is needed to be repaired. I would recommend Discovery Home Inspection to any person needing an inspection.
