Divinity Inspection Service holds multiple certifications, and includes a Nationally Certified Master Inspector on staff. Our home inspectors range from retired contractors to inspectors that have practiced for 20+ years. All of our inspectors are employees and undergo monthly training on all aspects of various components of homes. Each inspector is specialized in this field. Because we have rigorous training and a sound protocol for all employees, all commercial & home inspections and subsequent reports are of the highest level. I can safely safe that this was money well spent. They are beyond thorough and very professional. I was able to schedule on short notice and they found a ton of issues that I was able to correct before signing off on my new home. I highly recommend you use them, it will give you peace of mind

If there was a 0 star option, that would be my review of this horrific company that calls themselves a business July 29, 2020 6:03 am

To start, they wrongly charged me for a 4 point and wind mitigation report that was not authorized and was told there was nothing they could do about it. After challenging this, they provided a $10 future inspection discount. Lol, what a slap in the face. Furthermore, I asked the owner Ludwig to please reach out to me at his best convenience and was told on 5 separate occasions “he’s not available”, and never once received a call or email from him. Shows you the type of ownership here. LASTLY, we showed up for our inspection after confirming via email the day prior and no one from the company showed up or notified us that they wouldn’t be coming. When we called after they left us hanging, they said they did not receive proper confirmation and with my email clearly stating “I look forward to working with you tomorrow”, and when we questioned their decisions they ended up telling us to point blank FIND ANOTHER INSPECTION COMPANY and they wouldn’t be working with us. Downright shameful service – learn how to run a business champ. My agent and I have already started reaching out to all of our real estate contacts in the area to ensure they avoid doing business with Divinity in the future. I have never encountered such unprofessional customer service and poor leadership from the top, down. I hope this review can serve as a warning to others out there reading this, as there are FAR better home inspection companies in the Tampa area and I would be more than happy to assist you on finding them.
