They showed up on time on time and got to work quickly. They found a leak at the tank-less water heater and a few electrical issues. I was able to have the seller install a new tank-less water heater and fix the electrical issues before the close of escrow. Me and my husband had the inspection report that night with all the picture showing what was wrong with the house. Great job. They saved us a lot of money.
