DMC Home Inspections missed major water damage to the KITCHEN sink (leaking rusted pipes)/ underlying base boards (rotted out, from presumably years of water damage). I attempted to contact him for explanation on the oversight to which he request a day to review his notes; only to proceeded to make me call him back (4 days later) before telling me “there was 40 years of stuff in that sink, I was not going to move it all out to look in it…” furthermore he stated all damage was “superficial”, then proceeded to tell me he was upset with my attitude and “just because you paid me, doesn’t mean you own me”. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere…

I had to have a tie down inspection for my insurance and it was done quickly and professionally. I recommend to anyone that needs any type of home inspection.
