Don was wonderful! My husband and I are first time home buyers and he made us feel confident about our choice. He answered all our questions and got us our report super fast!

Don was recommended to us by a top selling realtor and the attorney Bill Iller we are using for our closing. When we called him we were pressed for time and he adjusted his schedule to handle a quick closing for us. That was the first house inspection in 2017. From when we contacted him, his response time was great and reassured us he could get this done. He gave us an appointment from 1:00-4:00. He arrived early to the appointment, was extremely professional, thorough and listened to our concerns. He examined every aspect of the home. He was very reassuring and said he really liked the house. After a full and complete inspection of the home he told us his findings. He said he would email a completed report to us by Friday evening, which was 48 hours after inspection. On Friday morning the inspection was received. Truly found Don to be everything you would want in a home inspector. Prompt, professional, thorough and spent time explaining things to us in detail. Great experience all the way around. Highly recommend. The second home inspection in 2018 was more challenging for a house built in the 1890’s, but Don didn’t miss a beat. His report and findings were so detailed and precise. He is personable, listened to our concerns, gave a truthful opinion. Another great experience. The third is our own home sale, we asked him to inspect before listing our house to ensure we didn’t miss anything. Another great inspection. This is the person you want on your team!

He gave me honest feedback about what would need to be replaced or repaired and made sure that I was aware of where important elements of the house were located. You can tell he really knows his stuff. Would highly recommend!!! Lisa R
