I had Done Rite Home Inspections do a home inspection on the house that I was purchasing. I was glad I did because, he found that somebody stuffed a rag in the upstairs washing machine drain. If I had used it, it would have flooded my house. He also found numerous other small problems that could be fixed before purchasing which would have cost me a bit by having to hire someone.
